How to make an appointment

Having personal in-home therapy for mental health problems such as stress, depression or anxiety is as easy as 3 simple steps!

1. Visit your local GP and ask for a mental health plan which refers to the Gateway Home Psychology service.

2. Give us a call and one of our friendly team will arrange an appointment for you, to your address, at a time of your convenience.

3. Remain at home at the time of your booking with a tidy, private, quiet room set aside for the visit.

An average therapy session is usually around 50 minutes and your mental health plan will provide you with 10 visits, once a week at no charge, completely bulk billed.

If you feel as if you need more time, simply return to your GP for another mental health plan.
